Concerns may include:
Neglect or self-neglect
Physical, emotional, or financial abuse
Exploitation or coercion
Concerns about welfare, mental health, or tenancy-related risks
All concerns will be recorded and escalated to the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) promptly.

The DSL is responsible for responding to concerns, making referrals (if required), and maintaining safeguarding records.

Where immediate danger or harm is suspected, we will contact emergency services or local safeguarding authorities without delay.

All representatives of HomeBridge receive safeguarding awareness training appropriate to their role.

Confidentiality
Information relating to safeguarding concerns is shared only on a need-to-know basis and always in line with data protection and confidentiality requirements.
