Our Purpose

HomeBridge Tenancy Solutions  works to prevent homelessness and keep people securely housed.

Across London, we support residents, landlords, and councils to manage tenancies effectively, reduce arrears, and build lasting stability.

We believe prevention is the most powerful form of support because every tenancy sustained is a home saved.

What We Do

Our services focus on early action and partnership:

• Tenancy management & liaison between tenants, landlords, and councils.
• Rent oversight & arrears prevention, including direct rent payments (APA).
• Tenancy sustainment advice for referred tenants on low income or Universal Credit.
• Benefit & DHP assistance to help bridge rent gaps.

Through practical management and communication, we turn housing risk into housing stability.
