HomeBridge was Founded by a housing professional with first hand experience of the challenges faced by both tenants and landlords. HomeBridge was built from the ground up to create a fairer, more joined up approach to tenancy management.
HomeBridge was founded to provide a better way, a bridge between all sides. We saw that what was missing wasn’t care or commitment it was coordination.
HomeBridge was built to fill that gap, turning what used to be crisis management into early, proactive tenancy sustainment.
HomeBridge Tenancy Solutions is a Community Interest Company (CIC) a not-for-profit organisation.
This means every surplus we make is reinvested into services that help residents sustain their homes and prevent homelessness.
We’re proud to be part of a new generation of housing-focused social enterprises, combining professional tenancy management with genuine community impact.
HomeBridge is led by people who care deeply about housing stability, social value, and community impact.
Though HomeBridge began as a solo initiative, it is built on collaboration all working towards one goal:
