Yes. HomeBridge Tenancy Solutions is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC) limited by guarantee, operating with a social mission to prevent homelessness and support tenancy sustainment.


Our approach focuses on early intervention. By setting up direct rent payments (APA), supporting DHP applications, and maintaining consistent tenant contact, we prevent arrears and reduce evictions, helping councils meet homelessness reduction and prevention targets.


We can support temporary accommodation, private rented, and social housing tenancies, particularly where residents receive Universal Credit or face financial barriers to sustaining their tenancy.


We act as a liaison between you and tenants receiving Universal Credit or on low income ensuring rent is paid on time, setting up direct rent payments, and addressing arrears before they escalate.


We support private landlords, housing associations, and local authority landlords managing temporary or supported accommodation.


Our pricing is transparent and flexible. We offer packages based on the number of cases supported or outcomes delivered. Full details are available in our partnership proposal.



We can help with issues like Universal Credit rent payments, missed rent, budgeting challenges, or tenancy paperwork. We also work closely with housing teams to prevent homelessness and sustain your tenancy.


No our services are free to tenants. We’re commissioned by landlords or councils to help support you and maintain a successful tenancy.


Our service is designed to work in partnership with landlords or councils. We generally take referrals from these partners, ensuring structured support and clear communication.
